Terms of Service

1. Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your Slotly account, including anything done by people you authorize. Keep your password secure and notify us at hello@getslotly.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Slotly to send spam, harass others, host or distribute malware, or violate any law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial periods.

4. Data ownership

You own your data — event types, availability, bookings, guest details. We process it on your behalf to provide the service and delete it within 30 days of account closure unless you request earlier deletion.

5. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime, but Slotly is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from missed meetings.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email to account owners.
