About

Scheduling should respect both sides.

Slotly started from a frustration: existing tools dump a wall of time slots on the guest and call it a day. We thought we could do better.

The premise

A meeting has at least two people. Most scheduling tools optimize for the host: pick a window, paste a link, done. The guest is left squinting at a list of times, mentally subtracting their own commitments, and hoping the slot they pick isn't quietly bad for the host either.

Slotly inverts that. Guests see a full week, in their own time zone. They can lay their calendar on top of the host's. The slots that glow work for both of you. And the host gets to mark which hours they actually prefer, so guests lead with those — not late Fridays.

What we won't do

  • Sell your data. Ever.
  • Add 40 features no one asked for. Slotly does one thing well.
  • Pretend the free tier is a serious offer that secretly degrades over time. Free is free.

Where we are

Slotly is in early preview, built by a small team out of Dallas, TX. We're focused on getting the core experience right before adding calendar integrations, team scheduling, and paid bookings.

If that resonates, create an account and let us know what we're getting wrong.
