What we collect

• Account info: email, name, profile photo (from Google sign-in), time zone.
• Scheduling data: event types, availability rules, bookings — including guest names and emails submitted at booking time.
• Usage telemetry: anonymized page views, feature usage, error reports. No third-party ad networks.

How we use it

To run the scheduling service: generate slot grids, prevent double-booking, send booking confirmations, and compute analytics for your dashboard. We never sell your data or use it to train models.

Subprocessors

• Supabase — managed Postgres + auth (US-East-1).
• Vercel — hosting and edge functions.
• Google — optional calendar sync if you connect your Google account.

Your rights

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your dashboard, or by emailing hello@getslotly.io. We respond within 30 days. GDPR and CCPA requests are honored regardless of your location.
